  1. You sure know how to pick 'em. The rock formations of the Litlanesfoss image occur when molten lava is cooled rapidly in water. Iceland is still alive with volcanoes. Those formations are similar to those found in the Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland. I've visited that location three times over the years.
